FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for carrying out health-improving activities. The system for correcting postural disorders of the user contains a seat and a table with a tabletop mounted on a frame. The seat is configured to perform a rocking motion relative to the table. The table is a folding exercise table, the frame of which is U-shaped and contains side parts and an intermediate part, as well as a crossbar located on the side of the frame opposite from the intermediate part and connecting its side parts. The table top is fixed movably on the frame. The side parts contain a means for adjusting the position of the table top. The front side of the tabletop provides support to the front side of the user's upper body. The midsection provides support for the user's feet, and the crossbar provides support for the user's chest. The table is configured to perform a rocking motion relative to the seat. A method for correcting disorders of the user's posture using a system for correcting disorders of the user's posture consists in taking a sitting position at the table on the seat configured to perform a rocking movement relative to the table, and, sitting at the table, performing rocking movements relative to the table in the frontal anatomical plane of the user's body on the seat. A folding exercise table is used as the table, the frame of which is U-shaped and contains side parts and an intermediate part, as well as a crossbar located on the side of the frame opposite from the intermediate part and connecting its side parts. The table top is fixed movably on the frame. The side parts contain means for adjusting the position of the table top, the end side of the table top provides support to the front side of the user's upper body. The intermediate part provides support for the user's feet. The crossbar provides support for the user's chest, and the table is configured to perform a swinging movement relative to the seat. Before or after taking a sitting position at the table, the tabletop is tilted relative to the table frame to the height of the user’s upper body, the intermediate part is fixed using the feet and the exercise table is turned until it stops with the end side of the tabletop towards the front side of the user’s upper body, and the crossbar is used to support it into the user's chest, sitting at the table, they rest their elbows on the table top and additionally perform rocking movements together with the table in the sagittal anatomical plane of the user's body. The method for correcting the user's posture disorders using a folding exercise table system for correcting the user's posture disorders is to take a standing position at the table. The crossbar provides support for the user's chest, and the table is designed with the ability to perform a swinging movement. Before or after taking a standing position at the table, the table top is tilted relative to the table frame to the height of the user’s upper body, the exercise table is tilted until it stops with the end side of the table top towards the front side of the user’s upper body, and the crossbar is placed against the user’s chest and, standing at the table, they rest their elbows on the tabletop or the tabletop is set at the same level with the frame, the crossbar rests on the user’s chest and, standing at the table, with their arms bent at the elbows, they grab the crossbar and perform swinging movements together with the table in the sagittal anatomical plane of the body user.
EFFECT: provision of ability to correct postural disorders of the user when using the system.
