FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes making inner part of one end in longitudinal direction of main body of belt in advance in stepped shape; coating top of inner part of stepped shape with a detachable element; curing and forming main body of belt of rubber coating, layered on detachable element. When connecting end in longitudinal direction of main body of belt method includes separation of detachable element for removal of rubber coating, layered on detachable element, and opening inner part of stepped shape, covered with detachable element; laying on open inner part of another internal part of stepped shape for connection, so that other inner part faces open inner part; and curin and connection of portion, where inner parts are laid on each other. Portion of excessive length of main body of belt is left on tip in longitudinal direction of main body of belt outside portion, inner part is made in advance in stepped shape. When connecting end in longitudinal direction of main body of belt main body of belt is pulled in device of belt conveyor by gripping portion of excessive length, and portion of excessive length is cut after tension of main body of belt.
EFFECT: faster connection of belt, higher quality of connection.
