FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method is intended for conveyor belt connection, having inner part layer, formed by multiple steel cords, arranged in row and coated with softening rubber. End is formed in belt housing longitudinal direction so, that covering inner part layer softening rubber, was opened in advance. Coating softening rubber surfaces, made for opening, with detachable element. Curing and molding belt housing using rubber coating, laminated on detached element surface. Heat-resistant anti-adhesion sheet is used as detached element. Retaining detachable element so, that it was not opened on rubber coating surfaces and was located in belt housing. During end connection in belt housing longitudinal direction performing detachable element separation for removal of rubber coating, laminated on detached element surfaces, and softening rubber removal, which covers inner part layer, and for inner part layer opening covered with detachable element; separation of steel cords in inner part open layer width direction to preset length; inner part another layer steel cords introduction, subject to connection, in position, where separated steel cords were arranged; and after softening rubber and rubber coating layering on steel cords introduction section curing section for connection of inner parts layers.

EFFECT: enabling higher quality and shorter time for execution of connection.
