SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Diagnostic method for in vitro diagnosis of endometrial cancer is disclosed. Method involves determining level of P4HB biomarker in sample from patient. It has been found that differential expression of this biomarker in tumour tissue of primary endometrial cancer correlates with its expression level in uterine liquid samples in comparison with reference values. So biomarker is demonstrative, since it has been found that it differentially expresses in several different types of samples from affected beings.
