SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing creatine nanocapsules, characterized by the fact that gellan gum is used as an enclosure, and creatine is used as a core, in the method creatine is dispersed into suspension of gellan gum in hexane in the presence of surface-active agent e472c, wherein weight ratio core: enclosure on conversion to dry substance is 1:1 or 1:3, then, while stirring ethyl acetate is being added, obtained suspension is filtered and is dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of nanoencapsulation, while reducing accompanying loss.
