SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to household chemistry, namely, to a method of extracting an active ingredient into the air involving spraying a spray composition into the air, which comprises a carrier including n-propyl ether of dipropylene glycol, and which has the vapour pressure less than 14 Pa at 20 °C, and an active ingredient in a mixture with the carrier; as well as to a spraying device containing a spraying electrode connected to a reservoir for the spray composition, a discharge electrode near the spraying electrode and a section for electric field application to the spraying electrode and the discharge electrode for the spray composition coming from the reservoir into the spraying electrode to be sprayed from the spraying electrode in the air. In some versions the spray composition additionally contains a dibasic acid ester and/or dipropylene glycol, as well as specific resistance modifier, perfume oil and surface tension modifier.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides stable spraying with efficient dispersion of active component without visible deposition.
