FIELD: cosmetology; the food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of cosmetology, the food industry and discloses capsules with a core-shell structure, method for obtaining them, series of articles based on said capsules, namely a flavoring composition, a perfume composition, a flavored food product and a perfume product, as well as a method for imparting, improving, correcting or modifying the characteristics of a smell or taste and the use of silicon dioxide, physically embedded in the capsule shell part.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to obtain capsules that are durable and resistant to mechanical damage during storage and yet have improved destructibility and "explosive" type of release of the active substance upon breakage.
