FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detachable connections and can be used for connection with subsequent separation of air ducts of a system for thermal conditioning of spacehead when carrier rocket with latter are located at start position. Detachable connection comprises hatch neck, mounted on housing of spacehead, fixing device with tensioning mechanism and detachable flange of air duct. Fixing device is based on bayonet engagement and consists of two parts, one of which is installed on hatch neck, and other on detachable flange of air duct. On hatch neck there is a three-link split ring. Described is a design and connection of said ring with help of screw tightening of connection. Outer surface links of ring is stepped to form a shoulder in contact with top end flange of hatch neck. In shoulder of each link there is a through slot adjacent to wedge-like section formed in shoulder on side of its lower end facing side of housing of spacehead. On side surface of shoulder there are teeth interacting with spring-loaded retainer arranged on other part of fixing device, made in form of stepped bushing installed with possibility of rotation on lower part of detachable flange. Lower part of detachable flange is made in form of a hollow cylinder, having an outer shoulder on side of lower end, forming a support for stepped bushing. Upper part of detachable flange is made in form of a hollow truncated cone, connected by smaller base with upper end of cylinder. At lower base of bushing, on side of its inner surface, there are wedge-shaped protrusions to form bayonet connection in contact with wedge-like sections of split ring when bushing turns relative to lower part of detachable flange.
EFFECT: invention improves connection reliability.
