FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used in aircraft engineering and other industries. Method involves application of protective oxide coating on a detail in electrolyte solution in two stages, the application of coating is performed by pulse current in the mode of micro-arc oxidation in electrolyte containing sodium carbonate and distilled water. At first stage is carry out voltage rise up to 250 V during 5 minutes, at second stage is kept maximum voltage value of 250 V during 15 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result - increase of fatigue endurance of aluminium alloys, increase of environmental friendliness due to use oxidation of aqueous solution of sodium carbonate, which is less aggressive, and reduction of preparatory activities of washing, defecation and etching.
