FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in various fields of technology, as well as in the chemical industry and electrochemical industries. The method includes microarc oxidation in a KOH solution at a forming voltage of 500-550 V, anodic-cathodic mode with a frequency of 50 Hz, with equal anodic and cathodic currents and a current density of 45 A/dm2, while microarc oxidation is carried out in an electrolyte containing 3 g/l of KOH and 1-5 g/l of heptahydrate nickel sulfate NiSO4 ⋅ 7H2O, with a duration of microarc oxidation of at least 10 minutes. The electrolyte contains 3 g/l of KOH and 1-5 g/l of heptahydrate nickel sulfate NiSO4 ⋅ 7H2O. The advantages of the proposed coating are low cost, because does not require bulk alloying and surface alloying of titanium, relative ease of production and low energy consumption due to the short deposition time.
EFFECT: increasing the corrosion resistance of titanium and its alloys.
