FIELD: electrochemical surface treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical surface treatment of products made of valve metals and their alloys and can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries to obtain wear-resistant anti-friction coatings. Composite coatings are obtained by microarc oxidation at a current density of 0.5-30 A/dm2 for 30-40 minutes in an aqueous alkaline electrolyte containing a suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene, including a surfactant OP-7, in an amount of 10-20 ml/l and defoamer in the amount of 5-10 ml/l. Microarc oxidation is carried out in a cyclic mode for 5 min in the anode-cathode mode with switching to the anode mode for 1 min, after which the resulting oxidized product is heat treated for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 380-400°C.
EFFECT: ensuring the penetration of fluoroplastic particles into the structure of the formed coating not only in the surface layer, but also in the thickness of the coating.
