FIELD: chemical industry and energy.
SUBSTANCE: used in the development of energy technology complexes for the joint production of ammonia and electricity from coal. The oxygen-fuel power plant contains a compressor (1), a combustion chamber (2), a fuel compressor (3), an air separation unit (4), a gas turbine (5), a waste heat boiler (6), which is made in the form of two heat exchangers - a gas-water double-flow heat exchanger (7), containing a hot gas coolant circuit (8) and a cold water coolant circuit (9), as well as a gas-air double-flow heat exchanger (10), containing a hot gas coolant circuit (11) and a cold carbon dioxide coolant circuit (12), cooler separator (13), multi-stage intercooled compressor (14), pump (15) and back-pressure steam turbine (16), coal gasification unit (17), separator (18), carbon dioxide turbine (19), condenser (20), additional pump (21), installation for the synthesis of ammonia through the Haber-Bosch process (22). The inputs of the coal gasification plant (17) are connected to the coal source and the output of the back-pressure steam turbine (16), and the output is connected to the input to the fuel compressor (3) and to the separator (18), the output of which is connected to the input of the ammonia synthesis plant using the Haber-Bosch process (22). The other output of the separator (18) is also connected to the inlet of the fuel compressor (3). Another input of the ammonia synthesis unit (22) is connected to the output of the air separation unit (4), and the output is configured to connect to a consumer of liquid ammonia.
EFFECT: increasing the fuel heat utilization factor (FHUF) of the oxygen-fuel plant, as well as the possibility of joint production of ammonia and electricity.
