FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of distribution of polyphase fluids in catalytic reactors with fixed bed, and also to the method for hydrotreatment, or hydrogenation of oil cuts in reactors. Reactor comprises vertical walls, upper dome and distributor plate, located in the upper portion of the reactor above a bed of catalytic particles and constituted by a plurality of chimneys which are disposed perpendicular to the distributor plate, provided with orifices for the passage of liquid, distributed over the whole height of said chimneys, and an orifice for the passage of gas located at their upper ends. Portion of the chimneys located at the periphery of the plate at a distance in the range 25 to 450 mm from the wall of the reactor, has the upper portion inclined by an angle with respect to the vertical having a value in the range 10° to 45°, inclination is approximately directed towards the centre of the reactor.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the height of the catalytic bed and the chemical conversion and provides the effective distribution of polyphase fluids.
