FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbine machine rotors, used in aviation. Drum of turbine machine rotor is made in form of hollow cylindrical body of rotation around longitudinal axis with one or more rims with means for attachment of blade tails, located in equal intervals along external surface, wherein drum is made from metal matrix composite with crosswise arrangement of reinforcing fibres, and means to secure blade tails are made in form of root elements for welding in form of blade profile, wherein on drum inner surface of composite material there are overlaps, flanges or journals with embedded elements for welding, wherein beads are arranged at root elements. Metal matrix composite is formed by fusion of one part of wound, at least at one angle and other part of "stringy" fibres of SiC enclosed into a matrix of titanium alloy.
EFFECT: reduced weight, higher reliability, strength of drum rim part, as well as ease of manufacture.
