FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in power engineering, petrochemical, food and other industries. Essence of the invention: the heat exchange element of the tubular heat exchangers, equipped with the tube sheets and heat exchange tubes, characterised by, that the heat exchange tubes after short technological straight portion are made along the spiral line of diameter corresponding to the place of tube inlet-outlet in the tube plates, and thermohydraulic characteristics of tubes in the direction from periphery to center are aligned by increase along the arc angle between the input/output of the tube, change of the tubes diameter by throttling, as well as a combination thereof, keeping the equality of ratio I/de.
EFFECT: heat exchanger with proposed design of the heat exchange element enables to increase, without reducing reliability, thermal power up to 20 % and more relative to the heat exchangers with straight tubes at the same overall dimensions of the heat exchanger, increase the rate of heating-cooling, and it is comparable by heat power with spiral ones.
