FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has packing in form of bush 3 from anticorrosive material and placed in each heat exchange tube 2; bush is mounted at interference fit and is provided with hexahedral head 4; easily crumpled sealing tabs 5 are located over entire perimeter of head 4 at center portion of each face perpendicularly to its plane. Head 4 is provided with circular boss which tightly embraces end part 7 of tube 2 projecting beyond tube sheet 8. Bush has varying section reducing away from head. In placing the packings in tubes 2, faces of heads 4 get engageable, tabs get crumpled filling the clearances between faces and forming reliable seal. As a result, all heads 4 fay to each other forming continuous hermetic screen reliably protecting the tube sheet 8 against contact with cooling water, thus preventing corrosion.
