FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production technology of the biopreparations for a plant-growing. Invention represents a method of producing the base composition of the biopreparation for the plant-growing, including an accumulation of Mortierella alpina VKPM F-1134 fungus biomass, the culture fluid bend, extraction of fatty acids with predominance of arachidonic acid from the mycelium complex, preparation of it an alcohol solution with introduction of additional components, where a fungus is grown on the surface of a thin layer of a fluid nutrient medium, inoculation of which is carried out before dispensing, the cultivation process are lasted for 18-19 days, destruction of mycelium is preceded by a cryoablation and an alkaline hydrolysis, in the end product a biodegradable detergent is added, where the accumulation of biomass takes place in the potato broth with addition of glucose and calcium chloride, and the accumulation of biomass is held in a thermostat, biomass is subjected to the cryoablation in wet state, the alkaline hydrolysis of biomass is carried out at a temperature of 60 °C, stage of the alkaline hydrolysis is combined with the first stage of extraction of fatty acids due to use of sodium hydroxide solution in 96 % ethanol, at the second stage of extraction of fatty acids n-hexane is used as the extraction agent, a complex of fatty acids after the n-hexane bend is redissolved in 96 % ethanol.

EFFECT: method provides to considerably simplify and to cheapen the process of producing the base composition of the biopreparations for the plant-growing.
