FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of producing flat-convex lenses for producing a raster image on a flat information carrier and to the protective element. Microlens with size of 40-70 mcm are obtained on a flat carrier. Microlens on the flat carrier are applied so that after drying of micro lenses on a flat carrier there are a bitmap grid. Microlens are obtained using the apparatus for flexographic printing. Device contains anilox shaft, squeegee system, plate cylinder and printing element. Function of the anilox shaft and of the squeegee system is strictly dosed supply of paint on printed-circuit shape. On the printing surface composition of liquid polymer is applied by means of cone-shaped printing element . Printing element is immersed into the cell of anilox shaft, upon that the size of printing element is less than the size of cell. At immersing printing element into the cell of anilox shaft one drop is formed, it is transferred to the surface of the flat carrier. Drops on the surface of flat carrier is hardened, a lens is formed after drying. Protective element is a transparent polymer film with raster grid. Raster grid, which is a bitmap optical system in the form of ordered raster grid of plane-convex microlens, obtained via contact-drop method. Grid is characterised by lineature of the plane-convex microlens and their focal distance. Raster lineature is set during the preparation of the array of raster optical system. Focal distance is selected with thickness of transparent carrier of microlens so that all light beams passing through the lens will go in parallel.
EFFECT: obtaining a raster image on a flat carrier information and to the protective element.
