SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic lens system comprises a first ophthalmic lens on a first eye, for wirelessly communicating with first external device, and a second ophthalmic lens at a second eye, for wirelessly communicating with one of first ophthalmic lens first external device and second external device. Each lens comprises a transmitter, receiver, detection system, including an eyelid position sensor and a pupil position and convergence sensor, a power supply and a processor programmed for calibration for a particular user, and can be sealed. First external device comprises a first power supply, a transmitter, a receiver and a processor, ensuring greater computational power then one or both processors of first and second lenses.
EFFECT: technical result is providing wireless communication with multiple external devices and reduced power requirements.
