FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of purifying water from dissolved organic substances and can be used for purifying natural and waste water. Method involves preliminary complete gas-saturation of treated water with oxidant gases and catalytic oxidation of components of aqueous solution in membrane reactor. Treated solution is cooled, and flow rate of concentrate directed after membrane reactor into a saturator, is stabilised and exposed to excited variable electric field. Device for implementing method comprises a feedstock tank with initial water, ozone generator, ejector, saturator with built-in heat exchanger and valves-outlets, membrane reactor and pumps, wherein concentrate line extending from membrane reactor into saturator, flow rate stabiliser is installed in form of a venturi nozzle with asymmetric throttling needle or in form of movable on branch with nozzle metal discs, in contact with each other and forming a cavity in between in form of circular channel and galvanic pair.
EFFECT: technical result is effective use of energy and ozone, high degree of oxidation of organic substances in treated water, as well as simplified process control.
