FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used during thermal improvement of buildings foundations bases, erected in areas of seasonal and permafrost propagation. Cooling device for thermal stabilisation of buildings and structures bases soil contains vertical two-phase heat stabiliser, underground part of which is placed in the case, filled with heat-conducting fluid, and fixed by means of radial and thrust bearings, providing free rotation of the heat stabiliser body around vertical axis, due to wind force incoming to the cup-blade of the wind wheel, fixed on an elevated part of heat stabiliser at the angle of 120 degrees relative to each other.
EFFECT: providing heat flow uniform distribution in a ground-case-heat stabiliser system due to coolant flow from condensation zone to the evaporation zone in the form of a thin annular film along internal perimeter of the heat stabiliser body, creation of forced heat carrier convection in the case, higher efficiency of device operation.
