SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building heat engineering structures erected in permafrost conditions. A device for thermal stabilization of the soil around the piles is proposed, containing piles, a refrigeration machine and pipes. In the plate installed on piles, holes are made at an equal distance from each other, in which transport sections with a cooled coolant and with a heated coolant are installed, and suspension devices are fixed on top, in the upper part of which holes are made, in which transport sections are installed with the possibility of removal with cooled coolant and with heated coolant. The transport section with a cooled coolant is connected to a heat-insulated transport section with a cooled coolant, which is made in the form of a copper pipe, on which a heat-insulating polyurethane pipe is tightly fixed on top, flanges are installed at the upper and lower ends of which, then it is connected to an inlet pipe, the length of which depends on the length of the thermoelement, and through the inlet fitting it is connected to the thermoelement, which is made in the form of a coil, and through the outlet fitting it is connected to a heat-insulated transport section with a heated coolant, which is made in the form of a copper pipe, on which a heat-insulating polyurethane pipe is tightly fixed on top, on the upper and lower the ends of which flanges are installed, then it is connected through adapters with a transport section with a heated coolant and with a hose with a heated coolant, which is made of an elastic material, connected in series through adapters with a line with a heated coolant with a collector rum of the heated coolant and through a tube with a heated coolant with the inlet of the refrigeration machine installed on the stove.

EFFECT: invention improves the energy efficiency of the device.
