Present invention provides edible compositions containing compound according to present invention, food products containing such edible compositions and methods of preparing such food products.
EFFECT: present invention also provides methods for reduction of NaCl in food product, methods of reducing consumption of sodium in ration and methods of reducing bitter taste of food products.
