Disclosed is a composition for reduction of bitter taste substances, having a bitter taste, containing said substance having a bitter taste, selected from KCl and sodium lactate, and a compound of given formula, selected from a series of terpene compounds.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce bitter taste of a product.
