FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing articles from aluminium alloys by pressure shaping and applying thereon diverse vacuum-plasma coatings. Method of producing deformed product from aluminium alloy with vacuum-plasma coating involves preparation of workpiece by hot deformation and cooling after deformation, hardening, ageing, grinding, polishing and degreasing of its surface, wherein hot deformation is performed at temperature of 380-450 °C, cooling workpiece after deformation is carried out in water, holding at temperature of quenching is performed for 10-20 minutes, and ageing is carried out at temperature 100-150 °C for 2-3 hours.

EFFECT: high quality of vacuum-plasma coatings on deformed aluminium alloy products.
