FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely, to therapeutic compression underwear and systems for measurement of compression forces in this underwear. Two-layer tension measuring system in compliance with first version contains (a) continuous layer of elastic base with indication means; and (b) elastic upper layer, fixed in two distant locations and passing between them over stretchable continuous layer of base. Stretchable upper layer comprises first and second sections attached butt so, that first section of upper layer is attached to base layer in first position, and second section base layer is attached to base layer in second position. First and second sections have different stiffness. First section of upper layer makes it possible to see through it, so that user can see indication means at continuous layer of base. In second version of two-layer system for compression measurement first section of upper layer makes it possible to see through it, so that user can see indication means on base layer, wherein both first and second sections of upper layer are stretched together under base layer tension under them, or some indication means are arranged at second section of upper layer and not visible to user, while measuring system is not stretched, and other indication means are arranged under first section of upper layer, and therefore visible to user, after measurement system is stretched. Compression clothing article with measuring system is compression piece of clothing, made with possibility of wrapping around patient's extremity and containing two-layer tension measurement system, made in compliance with first version. In compliance with third version, two-layer system for measuring tension of attachment location, at least, one of two distant locations is configured to control such, that attachment location can be combined with indication on stretchable continuous layer of base. In compliance with fourth version, two-layer system for tension measuring length of upper layer is made with possibility of controlling such, that attachment location can be combined with indication means on upper layer. In compliance with fifth version, two-layer compression measurement system top layer has one fixed end, which is attached to stretchable base layer, and one free end, which is not fixed on stretchable base layer. At that, indication means on stretchable base layer are arranged under free end of upper layer and not visible to user, until measuring system is stretched, but indication means on stretchable base layer are stretched from under free end of upper layer, and therefore visible to user, after measurement system is stretched. In compliance with sixth version, two-layer system for measuring tension top layer has indication means, and both ends of upper layer are attached to stretchable base layer, wherein indication means on stretchable continuous layer of base are moved to align with indication means on upper layer, when measuring system is stretched. In compliance with seventh version, two-layer system for measuring tension stretchable continuous layer of base is levelled under top layer between two distant locations, when upper layer is tightly stretched. Method of compression clothes compression measuring, according to which compression piece of clothing is assembled around extremity for wrapping. At that, piece of clothing has body with multiple blocked dressings, passing from it. Two-layer tension measurement system is placed on at least one locked dressing, wherein measurement system is controlled for accurate measurement of directed inside compression force applied to extremity as result of tension in, at least one locked dressing. At that, system includes: stretchable continuous layer of base, with indication means; and upper layer secured over stretchable continuous base layer in two distant locations and passing between them, wherein stretchable continuous layer of base is levelled under top layer between two distant locations. When upper layer is tightly stretched, look outside on stretchable continuous layer indication device, which accurately shows tension level; and compare indicating device with applied compression force directed inwards.

EFFECT: inventions are easy to use, accurate and do not require separate sizing tool.
