FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a window unit. It comprises the first spacer frame between the first sheet and the second sheet, wherein first external surface of first spacer frame is attached to inner surface of first sheet, and opposite second outer surface of first spacer frame is attached to first primary surface of second sheet. Window unit has a second spacer frame between the second and third sheet, wherein the first external surface of the second spacer frame is attached to the second main surface of the second sheet, and the opposing second outer surface of the second spacer frame is attached to the inner surface of the third sheet, wherein the second main surface of the second sheet is located opposite the first main surface of the second sheet. First, second and third sheets of the window unit have identical peripheral contours and identical peripheral dimensions, and sheets. First spacer frame and second spacer frame have similar peripheral contours, but peripheral dimensions of the second spacer frame are less than peripheral dimensions of the sheets and the first spacer frame to form a peripheral groove restricted by the section of the second main surface of the second sheet, the section of the inner surface of the third sheet and outer peripheral surface of the second spacer frame to ensure the segment of first spacer frame aligned with the segment of the second spacer frame. Segment of the first spacer frame and segment of the second spacer frame have displacement by width and length that is greater than zero. Also disclosed is a method for producing a window unit. It includes the following stages. First assembly set is produced; it contains the first spacer frame between the first sheet and the second sheet. First external surface of the first spacer frame is attached to the inner surface of the first sheet with the help of glue, and the opposing second outer surface of the first spacer frame is attached to the first primary surface of the second sheet with the help of glue. Assembly set also contains the second spacer frame between the second and third sheet, wherein the first external surface of the second spacer frame is attached to the second main surface of the second sheet with the help of glue, and the opposing second outer surface of the second spacer frame is attached to the inner surface of the third sheet with the help of glue, wherein the second main surface of the second sheet is located opposite the first main surface of the second sheet. First, second and third sheets have identical peripheral contours and identical peripheral dimensions, and sheets; first spacer frame and second spacer frame have similar peripheral contours, but peripheral dimensions of the second spacer frame are less than peripheral dimensions of the sheets and the first spacer frame to form a peripheral groove restricted by the section of the second main surface of the second sheet, and the segment of first spacer frame aligned with the segment of the second spacer frame, wherein the segment of the first spacer frame and segment of the second spacer frame have offset that is greater than zero. Further, assembly set is moved through a heated furnace. Further, first sheet and third sheet are moved to each other for spreading glue and making triple-glazed window.
EFFECT: disclosed is a window unit and method of its production.
