SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of N-alkyl derivatives of tropine and nortropine of general formula (I) for treating Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, depression and pain. Invention also relates to a method of treating Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, depression and pain.
EFFECT: technical result is compounds of formula (I) have considerable advantages over mecamylamine, since they considerably surpass mecamylamine on H-cholinolytic, antiparkinsonian, antidepressant and analgesic activity.
