Oral care composition contains (a) a hydrophilic film-forming polymer and (b) hydrophobic carrier, where the hydrophilic film-forming polymer is a film-forming polymer, effective for dental tubule occlusion, and oral care composition contains 0-10 wt%. water. Hydrophilic film-forming polymer is preferably GANTREZ S. Hydrophobic carrier is preferably vegetable oil. Method of tooth-cleaning involves applying onto the teeth and mouth a care composition so that it makes a hydrophilic polymer film covers the dental tubules. Toothbrush comprises a gelatine capsule containing oral care composition, located on the head.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective treatment of oral cavity, also reducing sensitivity.
