SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to repair of vehicles, machines and mechanisms. Method comprises preparing recovery additive compound, containing, wt%: mineral substances in the form of kaolin not more than 55, catalysts - not over 43 and fullerenes not more than 2, said recovery compound is supplied into the friction zone in one step, and the tribosystem is run-in.

EFFECT: invention allows recovering worn surface of assemblies and units, having tribosystem friction surfaces, by an in-place method owing to creating metal-ceramic and polymer coating on tribosystem friction surfaces.
