FIELD: powder metallurgy, more particularly preparation of cement alloys and restoration of worn metallic surfaces. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises finely dispersed mixture of serpophite, catalyst, kaolinite and crystallizer, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: caolinite, 10-40; crystallizer 5-10; catalyst, 5-10; serpophite, 4- 70. Caolinite is amesite, crystallizer is pyrolusite and catalyst is metasilicate. Invention makes it possible to prepare cement materials having high strength, homogeneity of structure and desired parameters in volume and on surface of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys.
