FIELD: radars.

Said result is achieved by that device comprises two units of data channels, comparison unit, two subtraction units, two switch units, divider unit, a unit of OR circuits, a unit for multiplying matrices, high-speed digital computer system, two multiplexer units, two multipliers, subtractor and an adder, connected to each other in a certain manner.
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities in an uncertain noise environment.
