SUBSTANCE: invention relates to location of mobile client terminals. Method comprises providing to a mobile client terminal a mapping dataset which defines a plurality of physical locations of a plurality of beacon devices, receiving at mobile client terminal distinct signals transmitted from beacon devices. Method then includes extracting from each of distinct signals an identifier of a beacon device of plurality of beacon devices, matching between identifier and one of plurality of physical locations using mapping dataset, and identifying a location of mobile client according to matching. Method then includes providing a policy, specifying plurality operations for input components of mobile client terminal, wherein each of operating modes is associated with a physical location, and selection of operations for input component on conformity between one of said plurality of physical locations and said location.
EFFECT: enabling control of components of a mobile client terminals based on their location.
