The communication terminal is configured to shorten the evaluation duration corresponding to the 5G anchor cell that satisfies the preferred condition at the first measurement frequency.
EFFECT: increase of the likelihood that the terminal will gain connection to the 5G anchor cell, thereby improving the communication quality of the terminal.
