FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method and device for monitoring and optimisation of flow processes, particularly injection moulding. In method for monitoring and/or optimisation of flow processes, vibrations caused by a flow of a material are detected and analysed, wherein a vibration spectrum is detected at different times or in a (quasi) continuous manner and subjected to a multidimensional analysis. Evaluation of oscillations is carried out based on recognition of images, which are characteristic for corresponding pressure casting process. Device for monitoring and optimisation of processes comprises acoustic transducers arranged at extruder assemblies for pressure casting.

EFFECT: providing accuracy of monitoring and evaluation of pressure casting process.
