SUBSTANCE: method for monitoring a magnetic field of material volume to determine properties of a workpiece, when the volume of workpiece material is excited, is proposed, in which the magnetic field of material volume is recorded as a function of time and frequency with high frequency resolution, wherein mechanical or thermal excitation is carried out.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of monitoring the magnetic field in material volume.
