FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment. Method of measuring of the integral emissivity is fixation of reference sample in the form of an absolutely black body (ABB) in a separate vacuum chamber of the analyzed sample of solid body, heating of the reference sample of specified sample to set temperature T of the surface of sample of solid body and recording radiant energy emitted from the surface of the studied sample by temperature transmitter to compare it with ABB, coefficient of radiation of which is known at the same surface temperature T. Heating of the studied sample of solid body to set temperature T on its surface is done by direct laser radiation. Luminance pyrometer may be used as temperature transmitter of radiant energy if the spectral emissivity at the wavelength of the pyrometer is known, spectral pyrometer may also be used as temperature transmitter. Mirror pyrometer of full radiation is connected with absolute power scale through calibrated model of reference sample, upon that one directs mirror system of the mirror pyrometer of full radiation at the studied sample and records the temperature T on surface of the studied sample. Integral emissivity of the studied sample of solid body is defined as ε(T)=Q(T)/QABB(T), where Q and QABB(T) respectively are specific threats of thermal radiation of real surface and (ABB) at the same temperature T.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple method and high reliability of results of measurements due to eliminating the influence of radiation heat fluxes.
