FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used for measuring temperature of moving gas media at the outlet of reactors and heat exchangers with different structure of heat exchange surfaces. Proposed is a mesh combined thermoreceiver containing a temperature converter in the form of a mesh from threads with a special coating, as well as a thermal imaging camera with a monitor. Temperature converter contains at least one thermocouple, which is a threaded element weaved in the mesh cell, diameter and cylindrical junction of which coincide with the diameter of threads of the mesh. Distance between the mesh threads makes 50-1,000 µm, and thickness of threads of the mesh is 2-100 µm. Special coating of the mesh and the thermocouple threads used is blacking. Emissivity factor of the surface of threads of the mesh and the thermocouple ε is about 1. To implement the method of measuring the temperature field of a gas flow in channels as the temperature converter a mesh of threads with a special coating is used, which is placed perpendicular to the flow of the measured medium. Temperature is determined by the temperature field of the mesh formed during heating or cooling threads of the mesh. Temperature converter is placed directly on the outlet section of the channel, or inside the channel, or in front of the channel.
EFFECT: technical result is higher resolution and accuracy of measuring the temperature field of a gas flow in channels.
