FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for gluing materials to biological tissue. Composition contains reaction product of (a) component containing isocyanate group, selected from group consisting of lysine diisocyanate and its esters, lysine triisocyanate and its esters, and their combinations, and (b) component containing active hydrogen group with average functionality equal to at least 2, selected from functional hydroxy compounds, selected from group consisting of polymer ethers of polyhydric alcohols, polymer esters of polyhydric alcohols, and hydroxyalkyl derivatives of C3-C10 hydrocarbons and saccharides, multifunctional alcohols selected from glycerol, diglycerol, erythrite, pentaerythritol, xylitol, arabitol, fucitol, ribitol, sorbitol, mannitol, hydroxyalkylamine, hydroxyalkyl derivatives of C3-C10 carboxylic or dicarboxylic acids, and their combinations. Invention also describes method for making composition with pressure sensitive adhesive properties at temperature 37 °C and 100 % relative humidity, methods for gluing polymer grid or film to biological tissue using composition for gluing materials to biological tissue.

EFFECT: said composition is solid at 22 °C and at lower temperatures, and has pressure sensitive adhesive properties at temperature 37 °C and 100 % relative humidity.
