FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for producing filled elastomer, wherein the rubber composition is prepared by mixing I) of raw rubber, II) a crosslinking agent capable of causing crosslinking raw rubber (I), III) a filler containing functional groups reactive toward isocyanates, IV) resin composition having terminal isocyanate groups and, optionally, V) other additives, and by crosslinking the rubber composition wherein the rubber composition contains, in addition to compounds (I)-(V), less than 10% by weight, of the total rubber composition, compounds having functional groups, which are reactive toward isocyanates, wherein the polymer composition and isocyanate-terminated (IV) is used in an amount of from 1 to 200% wt., based on the weight of the filler (III).
EFFECT: obtaining an elastomer with good physical properties similar high modulus, high tensile strength, high tear strength, high wear resistance and good fatigue characteristic.
