SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline heat insulation. Proposed hybrid system is intended for insulation of a pipeline having at least one heating tube on outer surface. Hybrid system comprises a first insulation layer and a second insulation layer covering it, extending along outer surface of pipeline. First insulation layer comprises two insulating parts. First insulating part is made from a first insulating material and is located along a first peripheral part of outer surface of pipeline on opposite side from at least one heating tube. Second insulating part is located along a second peripheral part of external surface of pipeline and is made from a second insulating material, separated from first insulating material and different from it. First insulating part can be made of expanded perlite, and second insulating part can be made from mineral cotton of high density.
EFFECT: proposed hybrid insulation system enables to use advantages of each of insulating materials.
