SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in animal husbandry, namely in the field of meat poultry farming. Method of obtaining feed protein-lipid concentrate from waste of organic origin is that the biomass of Hermetia illucens larvae is grown on waste of organic origin and fermented. Shredded cellulose-containing waste with a humidity of 50–70 % is used as organic waste, and the waste is fermented by a complex of microorganisms cultured from the intestinal microflora of wood beetle larvae simultaneously with the growth of larva biomass. Specified complex of microorganisms is introduced in the form of a suspension with a CFU value not lower than 107 in the amount of 3–5 % of the mass of waste at the beginning of the growing period and again at least two times during the growing period. After 7–15 days from the beginning of rearing, the larvae are separated, dried and ground.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the bioconversion of cellulose-containing non-sterilized waste into the biomass of Hermetia illucens larvae, rich in protein and lipids.
