FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation of oil products. In direction from inside to outside flexible pipe consists of following layers: inner lining and at least one reinforcing layer, wherein between two layers is additionally another layer in form of wound tape, wherein tape contains following layers: a) first external layer of non-electro conducting polymer moulding compound, b) intermediate layer of electro conductive polymer moulding compound, which volume resistivity according to IEC 60093 ranges from 10-3 up to 1010 Ohm, wherein along tape in intermediate layer are embedded at least two metal conductors so that they do not contact with each other along whole length, as well as c) second external layer of non-electro conducting polymer moulding compound, wherein said pipe can be effectively heated, due to which it may be used in oil production in cold regions.
EFFECT: invention can be used in oil production in cold regions.
