FIELD: polymer pipes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible multilayer polymer pipes used in various areas of economic activity, including heat supply, for transporting media at variable temperatures up to 135°C and pressure over 0.4 MPa. A flexible polymer multilayer reinforced pipe (1) contains an inner shell (2), one or more reinforcing layers (6) located on it and a covering layer (7) located on top of all reinforcing layers (6). The inner shell (2) contains an inner layer (3) made of a composition based on polyphenylene sulphide, and an outer layer (4). The inner and outer layers (3, 4) are connected to each other by an intermediate layer (5). The proposed invention is characterized in that the elastic modulus of the composition based on polyphenylene sulphide, from which the inner layer (3) is made, ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 GPa. The outer layer (4) and the covering layer (7) of the multilayer pipe (1) are made of a polypropylene-based composition stabilized with antioxidants. The intermediate layer (5) is made of a polypropylene-based composition containing functional groups reactive towards polyphenylene sulphide contained in the composition from which the inner layer (3) is made.
