FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, and it is aimed at thermostability tests of the structures. Method consists in the fact that in the measurement information system with the measurement modes of thermoelectric couples signals and resistance of the resistive sensors, resistance of thermocouple wire is measured at installation of thermocouples at the researched structure. Cold junction of each thermocouple is in-series connected to signal meter of thermocouples via RC filters. In addition, in the switch of signals of the resistive sensors intended for connection of the resistive sensors by four-wire circuit, current and potential inputs are interconnected in pairs, and are connected to the outputs of the RC filters unit for corresponding thermocouples. Output of the switch is connected to the input of resistance instrument of resistive sensors. Capacitors are switched off in the block of filters. In the resistance measuring of resistive sensors range of resistance instrument is installed. Electric circuit resistance is measured, in which thermocouple wires are connected. Thermocouple integrity is determined by the following criteria: if the measured value of electric circuit resistance, in which thermocouple is switched on, is located in the specified measurement range, thermocouple is considered as not broken, when the measured resistance is beyond measurement range, thermocouple is considered as broken.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of automated control of thermocouples breaks, improvement of reliability of measurement results and reduction of time for monitoring in measurement information systems.
