FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: use: in electric power engineering. Method is implemented by that electric power is generated by a diesel generator unit, storage batteries are charged from the diesel generator unit, the required level of charge is controlled by a central controller, performed is receiving/transmitting by means of the central controller control signals from the unit of operation of the diesel generator unit and the storage battery on the remote control unit. Generated is electric energy by means of an additional alternative power sources, particularly, at least one wind generator with a unit of operation and at least one solar panel with a unit of operation. Perform are different power plant control algorithms depending on a mode of operation of each of the units of operation. Residual energy is accumulated in the unit of storage batteries, then it is used in case if power of the sources of energy from the unit of operation of the wind generator and the unit of operation of the solar panel is less than the power of the sources of consumers of the output networks of load. DC voltage from the unit of operation of the wind generator and the unit of operation of the solar panel through a low-voltage bus is directed into a unit of operation of inverters, which converts it into AC voltage for the output load networks, herewith the electric power plant, if necessary, is connected to external networks via an external networks connection device. By means of the central controller chosen is an optimal mode of operation at minimum costs by collecting information on all units operation, by analyzing information and testing equipment for correctness of operation, herewith after analysis and testing predicted is occurrence of emergency situations and a warning the operator is generated.
EFFECT: provision of independent uninterrupted supply of the consumer.
