SUBSTANCE: use: in electric power engineering. DC voltage from the unit of operation of the wind generator and the unit of operation of the solar panel through a low-voltage bus is directed into a unit of operation of inverters, which converts it into AC voltage for the output load networks, herewith the electric power plant, if necessary, is connected to external networks via an external networks connection device. By means of the central controller chosen is an optimal mode of operation at minimum costs by collecting information on all units operation, by analyzing information and testing equipment for correctness of operation, herewith after analysis and testing predicted is occurrence of emergency situations and a warning the operator is generated.
