FIELD: warning systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a non-volatile automated audio terminal, which is the final device of local and object systems for the siren-voice warning of the population in emergency situations, natural and man-made disasters. Public notification terminal includes a controller comprising voice announcement and storage module for information content; information reproduction power amplification unit connected to at least one speaker system; communication unit comprising a wiring coupling module; as well as a non-volatile power supply including a battery, the communication unit further comprising a user terminal of the satellite communication system; non-volatile power supply contains a voltage converter and an alternative power source, controller additionally contains a diagnostic and monitoring module that interrogates the sensors that monitor the terminal's operation parameters at a given periodicity. Use a solar battery or wind generator as an alternative source.
