SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a centrifuge brewing machine, which comprises: rotating brewing unit configured for receiving a liquid and beverage ingredients, collector disposed around the brewing unit for collecting the brewed liquid, projected outwardly as result of the centrifugation forces obtained from the rotation of the brewing unit, wherein a thin annular liquid projection gap is provided between at least one outlet wall of the rotating brewing unit, comprising at least one outlet and the collector. Collector is made of a heated block, flying distance for the brewed liquid between the outlet wall and the collector is comprised between 0.5 and 1.5 mm.
EFFECT: production of beverage foam of superior quality and maintenance of its superior quality during collecting and dispensing beverage.
