FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Disclosed is hemostatic device for blood coagulation stimulation, including substrate, e.g. gauze, fabric, sponge, spongy matrix, one or more threads, etc., hemostatic material arranged on substrate, for example, kaolin clay, and binding material, for example crosswise cross-linked calcium alginate with high hyaluronate monomer molar content, positioned on substrate in order to retain hemostatic material. Device is used for treating bleeding wound, at least part of clay material comes in contact with blood and accelerates its coagulation. Upon contact with blood binder has low solubility and retains large portion of clay material on gauze.
EFFECT: dressing, which can be deposited on bleeding wound for blood coagulation stimulation, comprises flexible substrate and gauze substrate applied on it.
