FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a multilayer combined haemostatic product of local action, made of at least two layers, where each layer includes a nonwoven material impregnated with a solution of modified chitosan with a biopolymer selected from pectin or starch, and a binding component, selected from biocompatible hot-melt adhesive from synthetic rubber or alginic acid, wherein the surface density of the initial nonwoven material is 60–180 g/m2, and content of separate components in finished product is, wt.%: nonwoven material 30.0–40.0; modified chitosan 40.0–50.0; biopolymer 5.0–10.0; binding component rest.
EFFECT: present invention provides higher efficiency of arresting massive arterial bleeding.
